PIPER LUHRS, PROPERTY AND PROJECT MANAGING DIRECTOR
As a graduate of Colorado State University, Piper received her undergraduate degree in Construction Management specializing in customer relationship management, budget and contract review, conflict resolution, management of contractors and consultants and driving strategic planning for financial and operational success. Prior to joining Greenbridge Piper spent 10 years working for both commercial general contractors and a large commercial real estate firm managing construction on behalf of building owners and landlords. Piper has significant experience managing small to large, complex tenant improvement projects. The majority of her work while representing Greenbridge has been in occupied facilities requiring close collaboration, site logistics planning/phasing, and constant communication. Most recently Piper has been overseeing the daily construction activities in the neighboring 280,000 and 157,000 square foot office buildings, Georgetown Squared and Seattle Design Center as well as the Greenbridge owned Renton Time Square property consisting of five two story buildings. All construction activities have taken place while the buildings have been occupied and have included significant renovations to the interiors, exterior facades, mechanical systems, and vertical transportation systems. Because these buildings are occupied Piper had daily communication with tenants relaying the impacts to each individual space inclusive of timing, duration of work, and space impacts.
